Most customers want that guest-ready, clean-home feel all the time so they go with monthly service where we clean their most used rooms and quarterly full-service for the whole home. They often opt for fixed pricing so their payment amount is the same every month for easy book keeping.

Quarterly Full Service

Another popular customer choice is a quarterly full service cleaning to keep their windows, tracks, and screens well maintained and their home feeling clean year-round.

Bi-Annual Full Service

A common request from residents who live in the valley part time- a full service clean twice per year.
