What determines price?

Many factors go into the price of cleaning your windows. Some of those include: number of windows, window size, number of stories, condition of windows, if there are screens that need to be cleaned, and whether or not windows have debris from painting, construction, landscaping, etc. Getting your windows cleaned regularly can keep the cost down. We always offer free quotes so you know exactly what your price will be before the work ever starts.

How often do people get their windows cleaned?

It is a strong personal preference. Our most particular customers have us clean their windows monthly. Overall, the majority of our customers get their windows cleaned twice per year. Getting your windows cleaned regularly can help keep the cost down because, like with anything (example: going to the dentist), maintenance is key.

Who will be showing up to do the work?

You’ll notice each time we come to clean your windows, it’s the same guy (or guys). Each of our workers is a professional window cleaner. This isn’t a side job. Anyone can purchase a squeegee and call themselves a window cleaner but we know the difference and we only hire the best. Across all of our team, the average tenure in the window cleaning industry is over 12 years.

How do you ensure you leave my house cleaner than you found it?

Great question! We are a little over the top when it comes to cleanliness and we don’t just mean windows. From our trucks to our clothes to our shoes - we won’t show up to your house dirty. Tommy, the owner, doesn’t even wear shoes in his own home and he certainly won’t be wearing them into yours unless he (and his employees) have shoe covers on. If he has to set his ladder against your wall, it will be covered with clean rags so it doesn’t leave a mark. All rags and materials used at your home are clean and only used in your home. We even clean out the Dyson vacuum and wash the filter (from cleaning tracks) daily.

What if it rains right after i get my windows cleaned?

We will be out to make sure your windows get touched up and look great, no charge! Our #1 priority is happy customers.

Do I need to be home during the quote or cleaning?

You do not need to be home for a quote as long as we have permission to walk the perimeter of your home and all pets are secured. For the cleaning, you don’t need to be home if we are only doing the exterior. For interior window cleaning, we do need access inside your home. If you choose to leave while we are there, we will let ourselves out when done.
